Our Commitment to Accessibility

We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We believe that all users, including those with disabilities, should be able to access and enjoy our online services.

Current Status and Future Plans

In support of these commitments, we are implementing the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Levels A and AA (WCAG 2.1 AA) as our website accessibility standard.

Our efforts are ongoing. In addition to the improvements we have made with respect to our current website, we are actively working on a comprehensive redesign of our online presence.

Our redesigned website, scheduled to launch June 1, 2025, is being developed with accessibility as a core priority in conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA.

Interim Accessibility Measures

While we work toward our redesign, we have implemented several measures to improve the accessibility of our current website. For example:

  • We have conducted an accessibility audit to identify critical issues
  • We have made targeted improvements to the most frequently used pages and functions
  • We have trained our staff on accessibility awareness and best practices

Alternative Access Options

If, notwithstanding our efforts, you encounter difficulties accessing any part of our website, please contact us. We are committed to effectively communicating with you and providing the information, services, and products you need, including through alternative means if necessary.

Feedback and Assistance

We welcome your feedback. If you have any questions or experience any difficulty in accessing any part of this website, please contact us at:

Please include details about the specific page you were trying to access and the nature of the problem you encountered. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and undertake all reasonable efforts to make the content accessible to you.

Our Long-Term Commitment

Beyond our immediate redesign, we are committed to ongoing accessibility improvements through:

  • Regular accessibility testing and audits
  • Staff training on digital accessibility
  • Incorporating accessibility requirements into our web design practices and procurement processes
  • Staying informed about evolving accessibility standards and technologies
